Versara Capital originates business-purpose loans made to business entities (such as LLCs, corporations, and partnerships) secured by non-owner-occupied real property. These are not consumer loans, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer of consumer or owner-occupied residential financing. Loan programs are not available in every state, and loans made in Georgia are made to business entities only.

Calculators and estimates

Any calculators, examples, or illustrative figures on this site are for general reference only. They do not reflect a specific loan quote, are not binding, and actual terms available to you will depend on underwriting of your specific transaction.

Communications consent
