Principal

Brett has been lending for over a decade. He also buys and renovates houses himself, hundreds of them, so he knows what an investor needs from a lender and how fast a deal moves.

He has funded mobile homes, luxury vacation rentals, and most of the loan types in between. That range is why odd deals get a real answer here instead of an automatic decline.
